Voice-over and Vocal Recording

BVS is ideal for voice-over and other types of vocal recording*, from advert VO and audiobook via podcasts and self-help therapy, to singing a song. We provide a professional, acoustically treated and sound-proofed environment, utilising top quality equipment with an experienced sound engineer delivering first class results.

We are practical and flexible in our approach to all projects and aim to give the client exactly what is required, on time and within budget, be it edited and processed audio, or just the raw recording for post production elsewhere.

The vocal booth has a monitor screen linked to control room computer for recording to picture. We can also offer a choice of microphone to suit every project, whether it be a TV series, an advertisement or an in-house company video, we have the ideal mic (see our equipment list for specification). In addition, our Studer mixing desk has an integrated telecom connection, facilitating clear monitoring of the recording and enabling remote direction from another location if needed. Recordings can be transferred to the client as soon as they are complete.

*Unfortunately BVS is not suitable for ADR recording.
